My current research evaluates the impact of employing a workforce that is representative of the population it serves. I evaluate representativeness through a variety of identity measures, including: gender, race, sexual orientation, religion, and age. These projects use a mixture of quantitative methods, qualitative methods, and legal analysis and represent a unique approach to evaluating representativeness in the workplace.
