Brittany Doty

Brittany Doty is the Operations Manager, Administrative Services in the Center for Experiential Learning and Career Success. She holds a Master of Arts in Management from Wayland Baptist University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Austin College.  In her role, she supports the CELCS team in their endeavor to engage, advise and facilitate career development and experiential learning for our students.

Although she has worked in several different industries, the common thread in her professional life has been a focus on career development.  This interest prompted her to focus on effective leadership and management styles when pursuing her Master's Degree. Considering her affinity for Liberal Arts colleges, she was thrilled to join the Trinity University community.  Her position in CELCS provides the perfect setting to continue efforts in helping to promote career success in others.

Brittany loves observing the soaring confidence levels of students as they develop skills that prepare them for their professional futures and working with the diligent yet fun CELCS staff & student assistants.  When she's not working, you will find her exploring the SA dining world, chatting about books with her book club, spending treasured time with friends, and enjoying family time by cheering on the sidelines of her daughters' extracurricular activities.
