• Chad Reumann serves as the Assistant Program Manager for the Center for Innovation
    and Entrepreneurship. He will support programs and events, connecting students,
    faculty, and alumni with entrepreneurs, service providers, and investors. Chad is
    seasoned advocate, educator, and leader with 16+ years of experience in volunteer
    project management and nonprofit operations, particularly focused on LGBTQ+ and
    DE&I causes. His diverse background includes 25 years in banking operations.

    Chad has dedicated his time to helping the LGBTQ+ community and those who love
    them (allies), by volunteering since 2006 for major organizations. In 2016 he led a local
    nonprofit chapter dedicated to support, education and advocacy for LGBTQ+ people
    and their allies. He has served as a regional director and on the National Board,
    chairing the policy committee and recently voted to Vice Chair of the Board,
    representing the chapter network. Chad was also part of the Mayor’s LGBTQ+ Advisory
    committee from 2018-2024 and helped achieve an official City of San Antonio, LGBTQ+
    Advisory Board.

    Originally from Ohio, Chad has called San Antonio home since 2002. He received his
    Art History degree, from DAAP (Design, Art, Architecture and Planning) at the University
    of Cincinnati. He has been studying and practicing art since middle school.

    Chad is excited to bring his unique and creative approach to support students in their
    entrepreneurial journey and advancing the Center’s efforts to outreach in
    underrepresented groups in innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E).
