• Cleighton Schedule serves as the Assistant Director for Service-Learning & Civic Engagement in the Center for Experiential Learning and Career Success at Trinity University. In this role, he connects students with meaningful service-learning opportunities and fosters community engagement across San Antonio.

    A proud first-generation college graduate, Cleighton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from St. Mary’s University, where he became deeply involved in campus life and community service. These formative experiences inspired him to pursue a Master of Education in Student Affairs in Higher Education from Texas State University.

    Prior to his current role, Cleighton worked in Trinity’s Office of Student Engagement & Development, where he provided leadership and support to all 18 fraternity and sorority life organizations. During his time in this role, the community grew to represent nearly 30% of the undergraduate population, and the university saw record numbers of membership bids extended—reflecting Cleighton’s commitment to inclusive and impactful student engagement.

    His dedication to student development and community impact earned him the Pete Neville Award for Outstanding Student Affairs Staff Member.
