• Eliasz McCullen serves as the Assistant Director for Assessment and Technology in the Center for Experiential Learning and Career Success (CELCS) at Trinity University. With over 14 years of experience in education, program facilitation, and curriculum development, Eli leads strategic initiatives that support data-driven decision-making and student success. Their work focuses on enhancing career outcomes through assessment planning, technology integration, and advising for STEM and pre-health students. Eli holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and is passionate about using data to tell meaningful stories and build systems that drive equity and engagement across campus.
