• Katie Ramirez is the Director of the Center for Experiential Learning and Career Success (CELCS) and the 2022-2023 President of the Trinity Staff Engagement Council.  Under her leadership, the CELCS team received national recognition from the National Association of Colleges and Employers for their innovative programming and has helped the university achieve its record-breaking post-graduation outcome rate of 98% for the 2021 and 2022 graduating classes.  


    Katie holds an undergraduate degree in Art and a Master's in Nonprofit Management, has been in the career development and nonprofit sectors for 20 years, and has made Trinity her work home for almost a decade.  In addition to her on-campus roles, Katie represents Trinity as a founding member of the Texas Association of Colleges and Employers, and as the External Engagement Chair for the 2023 Southern Association of Colleges and Employers Conference Committee, and is a member in a number of professional organizations.  Katie is also a past President of the San Antonio Colleges and Universities Career Centers Association (SACUCCA) during which time she led the effort to better connect Texas-wide career consortia, which she continues today.
