Paulino Bernal

At Trinity University, Paulino Bernal serves as Employer Relations and Advising Specialist for the Center for Experiential Learning and Career Success.  In this role, he will oversee career coaching for students in the Neidorff School of Business and affiliated organizations (DSP, AKPsi, and AMA) as well as student athletes.  Additionally, he will seek to deepen current employer partnerships while fostering new relationships in an effort to provide exciting and diverse opportunities for students and graduates. 

In 2006, Paulino Bernal received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from Baylor University and received a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology in 2013 from the University of Texas Pan American.  He has utilized his education providing career counseling and coaching to college and university students of various backgrounds for over ten years and has recently been awarded a certification in résumé writing from the Professional Association of Résumé Writers and Career Coaches.  Over the last decade, Paulino has helped hundreds of aspiring professionals with curated career coaching, ensuring they are equipped and ready for the next stage of their professional lives.
