A Slice from My Journey Thus Far
While pursuing my education in the field of psychology, I served for seven years on active duty in the United States Air Force. My military career came to an end when I received an honorable medical retirement in 2010 after being injured on duty. This unexpected transition was a pivotal moment in my life. It was a challenging path, but it ultimately led me to discover a deep-seated passion for counseling and helping others navigate their own life transitions and traumas. This experience solidified my belief in resilience and the power of re-authoring one's own story.
