2020 Trinity Prize Distinguished Educators Announced
Ceremony to take place via Zoom on May 8

Seventeen teachers from the local San Antonio area have been selected as finalists for the 2020 Trinity Prize for Excellence in Teaching. Each teacher has been chosen as a distinguished educator by their school district and is being considered for the award as a recognition of their dedication and outstanding performance in public education.

The two recipients of the prize will be announced and all of the distinguished educators will be honored at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, May 8, through an invitation-only ceremony on Zoom. Rodney Robinson, the 2019 National Teacher of the Year, will give remarks at this year’s event.
