The Department of Classical Studies offers an Honors Program in Classics. Each year, the classical studies department honors the achievements of some of its excellent students during Trinity’s Honor Awards ceremony. The department gives an award to the outstanding senior in ancient Mediterranean studies, the outstanding senior in the study of ancient Greek, and the outstanding senior in the study of Latin.

Requirements

The requirements for Honors in Classical Studies are the same as the University requirements. For further information, please consult the chair of the department as early as possible in the first semester of the junior year.
