Paper Ordering Instructions

Source: 
Paper is supplied by the Facilities Services Warehouse.

Documation Paper:

  • Sold by the case and paid for by the University using Workday Budget Number 1155CC.
  • Departments are NOT charged for this paper as long as it is used exclusively in the Documation Machine.
  • Monthly audits are conducted to ensure proper usage.

Department Desktop Printer Paper:

  • Sold by the case and paid for by your department’s Workday Budget Number (Fund, Function, Cost Center) for office supplies.
  • If Documation paper is used in a Department Desktop printer, the full case price will be charged back to your department’s Workday Budget Number for office supplies (Fund, Function, Cost Center).
  • When purchasing paper, ensure the boxes are labeled and stored separately.

To Order Paper:
Send an email to service-request @email with the following details:

  1. Name
  2. Department
  3. Building and Room Number (for delivery)
  4. Paper Type and Quantity:
    • For Documation Paper: Use Workday Budget Number 1155CC.
    • For Department Desktop Printers: Provide your department's Workday Budget Number for Office Supplies (Fund, Function, Cost Center).
    • Specify the case quantity and details:

Request Training

The OMPS provides 1:1 And group training upon request. Please email @email if you would like to schedule training for yourself or your office. 

 


Return Programs

To return old toner you may email @email and a member of our team will retrieve the toner from your office. You can also drop off toner to our Managed Print Services Office in Coates Library 1st floor, Room 100B (former Print Shop) .

If you have a desktop or network printer that you would like to return or dispose of, please email @email and a member of our team will retrieve the item from your office. Usable equipment may be donated to local non-profits or used for salvage/repair parts.
