Erika Robinson, J.D.

As General Counsel, Erika Robinson, J.D., provides important legal oversight and strategic guidance for the University. She is a subject matter expert in Title IX issues and holds a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from Georgetown University’s School of Continuing Studies. In her previous roles, Robinson gained extensive experience in many other legal matters, including employment, academics, privacy, and risk management.
Most recently, Robinson served as the general counsel and Title IX coordinator for the Jackson Public School District in Jackson, Mississippi. Robinson also serves as an adjunct faculty member at the Tulane School of Law in New Orleans in the University’s Title IX Specialization Program. Previously, Robinson was an attorney for the Shelby County School District in Memphis, Tennessee and served as executive director of the office of Diversity and Equity Compliance at Georgia Gwinnett College in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She began her legal career as an associate attorney at Gregory, Doyle, Calhoun & Rogers in Marietta, Georgia.
