• Laura Márquez Ramsey serves as the Director of Student Accessibility Services at Trinity University, where she oversees Student Accessibility Services and partners with faculty and staff to ensure equitable access for our students.

    With over thirty years of experience in higher education at private liberal arts institutions across Texas, she has directed academic support centers, peer tutoring programs, academic advising services, orientation initiatives for transfer students, and comprehensive disability support services. Laura holds a BA from the University of the Incarnate Word and an MA from St. Mary’s University.

    Outside of her professional role, Laura, her husband Steve—a retired Business & Accounting professor—and their daughter Miranda, a student at the University of Texas at Austin, enjoy watching college sports, traveling, and competing in trivia nights at local breweries.
