Dr. Mar-y-Sol Salinas-McCoy is an internationally accredited Master Life Coach, educational leader, and consultant with over 25 years of experience in the fields of education and personal development. Her work in higher education has included student-focused and strategic leadership roles within academic and career advising, disability support services, and academic success services.
Dr. Salinas-McCoy has a deep commitment to cultivating environments and experiences that foster personal, academic, and professional success and flourishing, and is highly skilled at implementing retention strategies and initiatives, process improvements based on data-driven analysis, as well as coaching and mentoring from a whole-person approach.
As a first-generation college graduate, Dr. Salinas-McCoy holds a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley, an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership from Concordia University, Portland, and a Ph.D. in Integral and Transpersonal Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies where her research focused on the micro-phenomenology of embodied intuitive experiences of leaders.
