• As the Control Key Specialist, Roseann is responsible for managing and overseeing the security, distribution, and maintenance of physical keys.  She also serves as a backup to the Tiger Card Specialist, ensuring continuity of service when needed.  As an invaluable member of campus, her work is essential in maintaining secure access to buildings, rooms, and restricted areas.
