Program Schedule
8 - 8:50 a.m. - Guests arrive at tent from golf carts
9 a.m. - Tom Hill ’68 (Board of Trustees)
9 a.m. - Vanessa B. Beasley (President of Trinity University)
9 a.m. - Ted Beneski
9 a.m. - Ribbon Cutting
10 a.m. - Reception on the Laurie Auditorium balcony immediately following the program
Directions
Special Parking
Parking Lot B has been reserved for Donors and Special Guests. All other attendees should park in allotted spots designated in the university parking guide.
Beginning at 8 a.m. attendees will be shuttled by golf carts to the top of Beneski Parkway for the ribbon cutting program.
