The Exploring Human Resource Management Discovery allows students to first acquire a foundational understanding of the Management discipline in MGMT 2301 and later complement it with two upper division courses in the Human Resource Management area.

Requirements

Completion of 9 credit hours including:
MGMT 2301 - Management of Organizations
HRM 3371 (formerly MGMT 3371) - Human Resource Management (Prerequisite - MGMT 2301)
HRM 3373 (formerly MGMT 3390) Talent Acquisition (Prerequisite - HRM (MGMT) 3371)

Additional Information

  • A student must complete at least one  Discovery to qualify for graduation

  • Courses in the Discovery must be taken at Trinity University.
  • Students can also fulfill the Discovery requirement by completing a second major or a minor.
