Student Organizations

The Acabellas and the Trinitones
These two groups are the A Cappella music groups at Trinity University. The Acabellas are comprised of treble voices and the Trinitones are comprised of tenor/bass voices. The two ensembles perform a variety of genres in the Coates Student Center every Friday and also perform for special holiday events. In addition, both groups also frequently collaborate for even more exciting performances.

Mu Sigma Psi (Co-Ed Fraternity)
This is a Co-Ed Professional Music Fraternity comprised of students involved in music at Trinity University — either through their major and/or involvement in a music ensemble. The organization is dedicated towards giving back to the musical community of San Antonio as well as providing a fun and inviting environment for Trinity University’s music students. 

Tiger Stand Band
This is a Pep Band comprised of and entirely run by Trinity students. The group plays at all home football games and a variety of spring athletic events.

Pi Kappa Lambda Honor Society
This honor society recognizes the outstanding achievements of music students pursuing a Bachelor of Music or a Bachelor of Arts with a major in music.
