Overview
For a decade, Trinity University has been a proud IMPACT Partner with YES Prep Public Schools, with more than 50 YES Prep alumni that have attended Trinity over the course of our partnership.
As an IMPACT Partner, we guarantee to meet the full demonstrated financial need of admitted YES Prep students (IMPACT Scholars) and develop programs, projects, and activities that address college persistence.
Program Highlights
All IMPACT eligible students at a YES Prep campus are automatically considered under the partnership. No additional application is required.
Affordability
IMPACT Scholars have access to an affordable, top-tier education at Trinity.
Social Events
IMPACT Scholars enrolled at Trinity meet a few times each semester for social events and touchpoints with our partners from departments across campus.
Assigned Advocate & Campus Partners
IMPACT Scholars will have touchpoints with an appointed IMPACT Advocate, a staff member focused on outreach, connection, retention, and persistence, along with partners from departments across campus.
Financial Guarantees
For all admitted IMPACT Scholars, Trinity will:
- Meet 100% of the demonstrated financial need
- Provide financial assistance for campus visits so that they can learn about Trinity, our academic programs, and our student experience
