The Office of Alumni Relations facilitates mutually beneficial connections between Trinity University and its alumni by fostering the ideals of diversity and inclusion, lifelong relationships, and personal and professional growth. We work with the Alumni Association Board to engagement opportunities for alumni through a variety of communications, benefits, and events.
Senior Director for Alumni Relations
Ryan provides leadership and vision to expand alumni engagement offerings and support of Trinity through alumni. His role is to guide the Alumni Relations team and support the goals of of the University while empowering the Alumni Association Board.
Director for Alumni Relations
Katie serves as the programs coordinator for major projects, supports the senior director, performs ongoing budget updates, and advises regional, affinity, young alumni, and student engagement initiatives. Katie supervises the Associate Director and Young Alumni & Student Program Coordinator.
Director for Alumni Education and Engagement
Selim offers and organizes lifelong learning programs including webinars, podcasts, the Alumni Leadership Academy, and Trinity on Tour. Selim supervises the volunteer coordinator.
Joy McGaugh '04
Associate Director for Alumni Relations
Joy's role is to oversee regional and affinity engagement initiatives and programs with support from the team. She also oversees many large-scale events for the office and the San Antonio Chapter.
Elizabeth Ford '93, M'96
Alumni Volunteer Coordinator
Elizabeth’s role is to help engage alumni volunteers in meaningful work and service to the University both on campus and in the community. She also serves as the staff liaison for the Health Care Administration Alumni Association for more than 1800 alumni. In this role, Elizabeth helps manage the HCADAA budget and supports a 12-person alumni board to strengthen connectivity among this alumni community.
Young Alumni and Student Programs Coordinator
Sidney's role is to initiate and sustain meaningful engagement opportunities from a student’s first year through the transition to alumni and into the first ten years out of college. She advises the Student Ambassadors and serves on the Senior Year Experience team.

Digital Communications Coordinator
Alyssa’s role is to coordinate and create digital communications across a variety of platforms, including social media and email that engage the Trinity community especially with regards to alumni, University friends, and other audiences that fall under the purview of the Alumni Relations Office and the Special Events Office

Emily’s role is to help manage the flow of information into our systems and out to you as alumni and friends of the University.
