Arrival and Check-In

 

  • Families and guests should arrive at least 60 minutes before the ceremony starts to have adequate time to park and find their seats. View more information for guests.

Note: There is no rehearsal. You will receive full instructions regarding the ceremony in the assembly room

Morning Ceremony Candidates

Undergraduate Location: Stieren Theater (located in the Ruth Taylor Theater building)

Candidates will assemble in the Stieren Theater no later than 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025

Graduate Location: Laurie Auditorium (RCC) Room 319

Candidates will assemble in the Laurie Auditorium (RCC) room 319 no later than 8 a.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

Afternoon Ceremony Candidates

Undergraduate Location: Stieren Theater (located in the Ruth Taylor Theater building)

Candidates will assemble in the Stieren Theater no later than 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025

Graduate Location: Laurie Auditorium (RCC) Room 319

Candidates will assemble in the Laurie Auditorium (RCC) room 319 no later than 2 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025.

After the Ceremony

Immediately following the ceremony, we invite you and your family to the President’s Reception at the Magic Stones after commencement to celebrate with faculty, leadership, and fellow graduates.
