Skyline Returns This Fall

Beginning Monday, August 26, Skyline will be reopening. As Trinity’s premier dining venue, here’s what you need to know.

The Skyline morning social is back by popular demand and will continue this fall. Gather with colleagues between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m. for a vibrant start to your day. Also returning this fall is the lunch buffet, featuring daily international and comfort classics for $12 plus tax, available from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

The faculty lounge concept will no longer be offered, and Skyline will close after lunch. However, the space will be available for catered events starting at 3 p.m., Monday through Friday.

With change comes some exciting new offerings! Trinity Dining will host a monthly happy hour for all faculty and staff, with more details in early September. Additionally, we’re introducing a new takeaway lunch option on a trial basis. For $12, you can enjoy the buffet in reusable containers. Containers are available for purchase at both Mabee and Skyline for $6.

As a reminder, lunch reservations for up to eight guests can be made by emailing @email. To reserve Skyline and/or the Underwood Room for a Trinity-sponsored event, catering by Trinity Dining with a minimum order is required. Effective July 1, 2024, the space reservation and catering order must be made through Catertrax. This new process ensures seamless coordination between space planners and the catering team. For the best availability, Trinity Dining recommends scheduling your event as early as possible and suggests contacting the catering office to confirm availability before placing your order.
