Trinity University is pleased to annouce an important update to the annual Title IX training, led by the Office of Human Resources and Title IX. This update is part of our commitment to comply with federal and state laws regarding Title IX and to enhance the training experience for all employees.
Starting this year, you will access the new Title IX training module through Workday Learning, rather than Vector Solutions (Safe Colleges). This change is part of a broader initiative to improve the accessibility, delivery, and effectiveness of employee training.
The new course, titled “Title IX & Sexual Harassment Prevention at Trinity University,” consists of three comprehensive modules:
- Title IX and Sexual Harassment Prevention for Employees (standardized training module)
- Employee Reporting Obligations at Trinity University (custom presentation on Trinity-specific policies)
- Trinity University Policy Prohibiting Sexual Harassment and Sexual Assault (policy document)
This training provides essential guidance on Title IX, along with specific information pertinent to Trinity University. Our goal is to equip you with the knowledge necessary to fulfill your responsibilities under Title IX while streamlining your training experience.
This revision reflects our proactive approach to keeping our training resources current and relevant. We appreciate your commitment to fostering a safe, equitable, and compliant campus community.
Thank you for your dedication to upholding Trinity's values.
