State-of-the-art research and teaching spaces
This five-story science and engineering complex includes a rooftop observatory, a living “green” roof and rooftop greenhouse, and an open-air innovation and design studio, where students of all majors can operate heavy-duty laser cutters, 3D printers, lathes, and more.
Biology Labs
Biology students have access to a rooftop greenhouse, animal facilities, and walk-in, controlled environmental chambers as well as research and teaching labs focused on subjects such as genetics/ and microbiology, ecology, neuroscience, biochemistry, and evolution.
Chemistry Labs
Chemistry students have access to exceptional instrumentation, including a 500 MHz NMR spectrometer and an electrospray ionization time-of-flight (ESI-TOF) mass spectrometer, as well as physical and analytical chemistry, biochemistry, and organic and inorganic chemistry research labs.
Computer Science Labs
Computer science students have access to a network of computers for classes and research, including dual-boot (Linux and Windows) computers in classrooms and lab, Linux-only computers available for remote use, and a high-performance cluster.
Engineering Science Labs
Engineering students have access to facilities, including control systems, electronics, thermal/fluids, HVAC, chemical engineering, robotics, and microwave labs.
McNair Scholars Program
The McNair Scholars Program is a paid ten-week summer research experience that allows McNair Scholars to conduct one-on-one research with a faculty mentor.
Psychology Labs
Psychology students have access to research laboratories including the Children’s Research Lab focusing on language development in young children and the Hertel Cognition Lab focusing on empirical investigations of human memory and cognition.
Centene-Neidorff Innovation and Design Studio
The Innovation and Design Studio is designed for rapid prototyping of designs. It includes:
- A computer lab
- Innovation lounge
- The "Makerspace", which includes electronics, wood, and machine shops, materials and project storage spaces, and teaming stations.
Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
The Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship develops entrepreneurial leaders by providing interdisciplinary curricular and co-curricular programming to students, faculty, staff, and alumni. Through the Center, members of the Trinity community engage with entrepreneurs, service providers, and investors to contribute to the innovation ecosystem.

Option A:
Parking is available in visitor spots only on campus. The closest visitor parking lot is Lot C, behind CSI, near Oakmont Court.
Option B:
Designated parking spaces for visitors are available in lots B, C, F, G, P, S, U, V, Z, and the Orange level under Laurie Auditorium.
