The passive index portion of the portfolio is held to allow the fund to be fully invested at all times. 

Hands-On Learning

Students gain experience managing a real portfolio while learning best practices in risk assessment and portfolio strategy.

19 stocks across 12 different sectors totaling $15 million+

Students review the previous year's portfolio and make decisions about selling existing holdings or purchasing new securities through class presentations and discussions. Buy/sell decisions are made through class-wide votes after thorough deliberation.
