Joseph C. Farnsworth, Ed. D.
Joe has spent over 20 years in public education, with a variety of roles including teacher, coach, assistant principal, principal, human resource director, and superintendent. After starting his career in Fort Worth as a teacher, he served as an administrator in Arizona and Texas. He earned his Masters from UT-Arlington and his doctorate from Arizona State University. As principal of Robert E. Lee High School in Goose Creek CISD, he led the campus to consecutive Apple Distinguished Designations, oversaw the STEM Academy reaching “Model Status'', and was named Region 4 Secondary Principal of the Year. Building on his years of experience, Joe now enjoys spending time coaching principals to help them realize their leadership and school design goals.
