Reintroducing Trinity's Workday Help Center
For HR, payroll, finance, and (soon-to-be) student records questions
If you rarely log in to Workday, this article is for you. In May 2024, Trinity enhanced its support options. You now have three options to get the support you need when you have Human Resources, payroll, finance, and (soon-to-be) student records questions. This Help Center expands on March 3, 2025 to include help articles related to advising, registration, student records, submitting grades, and more.
Support options in Workday:
- Ask the Workday Assistant chatbot located in the bottom right of your Workday screen: Use keywords like "request vacation" and "enter my time."
- Explore the Help Center (listed as "Help" in your Workday menu): How-to articles are available by topic.
- Open a case (ticket): Use this if you haven't found what you need or prefer to send a question to the HR or Business Office team. A team member will review your submission by the end of the next business day. A visual guide is available for reference. (Finance, HR)
Through the new Help options in Workday, your support is secure and in one place. Trinity's Workday Help Center is your go-to place for step-by-step instructions on the tasks you do in Workday.
As a reminder, Trinity's Workday Help Center replaces:
- Individual email requests to organizational inboxes such as humanresources@trinity.edu, payroll@trinity.edu, accountspayable@trinity.edu, and cardadmin@trinity.edu.
- How-to articles on Teamdynamix and the Trinity.edu website.
