T-Space is a campus-wide calendaring and room reservation system. It allows faculty, staff, and student groups to view the usage, layout, seating arrangement, audio/video equipment, and photos of classrooms and many other spaces on campus. You can view scheduled events, search available dates, and request reservations - all from one place.

Non-University Clients

Our team is one-stop shop certified. We help you navigate the entire process from securing a venue and providing secure online registration options to servicing you 24-hours a day during your event or conference. Trinity’s campus offers an array of venues, dining and catering options, and accommodations that create a memorable experience for you and your registrants.

On-campus events 

For Trinity departments and offices

  1. Begin by entering the key event details in the Event Information Form within T-Space.
  2. A scheduler will review your submission.
  3. Before solidifying contracts, remember to make sure your event is confirmed in T-Space.
