For Non-University Clients

We look forward to seeing you on our beautiful campus or through the many virtual options we have that will make your event a success. With decades of experience and a myriad of outdoor and indoor spaces, our team can help you host an event that meets your goals.

For the past five years, Trinity has helped us to host a five day, overnight summer event for about 100 participants. Year after year, Trinity's Office of Conferences and Special Programs is incredibly accommodating of our requests—from dietary restrictions, to technology requirements--the staff makes everything happen to ensure a smooth conference.

Risk Assessment and Policy

Events affiliated with or on Trinity’s campus may need an additional layer of review before being approved.

The risk assessment process is initiated when the Event Sponsor - a member of the faculty, staff, student organization, or outside group - submits a completed T-Space request online to be reviewed by the appropriate Approving Authority. The request must be submitted at least four weeks prior to the date of the event.
