Trinity University’s Passenger Van Fleet
Facilities Services maintains a fleet of six 11-passenger vans for use by faculty, staff, athletics teams, and students for University-related travel.
Pool Vehicle PolicyAuthorized Drivers
In order to submit a reservation, you must designate at least one authorized driver. To become an authorized driver, you must:
- Read through Trinity University’s Authorized Driver Policy.
- Complete the Authorized Driver Request Form, obtain your Supervisor’s signature of approval, and submit both to the Office of Risk Management and Insurance with a copy of your driver’s license.
Review the Authorized Driver Policy and Guidelines and submit the Authorized Driver Acknowledgement Form to Risk Management.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Information
To pick up and drop off van keys, head over to the Facilities Services Office, located in the Facilities Services Building. The vans are parked in the Prassel parking garage, directly adjacent.
