The best way to inform Facilities Services of maintenance and building issues is through Asset Essentials.

Once you log on, you can submit new requests and track the status of ongoing ones. Your username is your Tmail address and the password is “Trinity1!” for all users.

In your request, be sure to include:

  • Your full name
  • Your email address
  • The location of the problem
  • A description of the problem

Furniture and Equipment Relocation

To relocate, move, or remove existing equipment, furniture, and other University assets, please first fill out an Equipment Transaction Form (PDF). Then, send or fax (210-999-8090) the completed form to the Inventory Coordinator at the Business Office, who will contact Facility Services for you.

Event-Related Requests

To schedule and request resources for a campus event, you must use the T-Space website, not Asset Essentials.

In the listed items or comment box on the online T-Space request form, be sure to include information about requirements concerning:

  • Custodial services
  • Air conditioning/heating (especially if you are expecting the space to be at capacity)
  • Special electrical needs
  • Tables and chairs
  • Waste and recycling receptacles

Please be sure to include specific set-up instructions and diagrams, when appropriate. The T-Space scheduler will confirm the requested resources and services on your behalf once the event is confirmed.

Revisions to Events

Please contact the T-Space scheduler listed on your event confirmation for changes to your requested resources. It is very important to reference your T-Space Reservation number (example: 1869-TRINITY) along with your changes.
