Keeping our focus on student success is at the core of what we do at Trinity. Our office continues to support recruitment and retention.

Goal 3: Support Campus Partners in Advancing and Sustaining Trinity’s Brand 

Support our key partners in achieving their goals that are identified in each areas’ strategic plans ranging from alumni participation and fundraising to the long term work of diversity, equity, and inclusion.  

Goal 4: Advance a Healthy Climate and Culture

We listen to our students, staff, and faculty. We hear their voices and help advance a healthy climate and culture by partnering with Human Resources, the Office of the President, and others as we craft internal communication, promote events and celebrations, and mind the individual experiences of our community.
