The Trinity University Alumni Association Board is composed of 36 elected alumni members, including four officers and four committee chairs. Board members collaborate with the University throughout the year by bringing forward the voice of Trinity’s alumni and assisting with program development, communication, and in volunteer service at events such as Alumni Weekend and Commencement.
Membership
All Officers of the Association are elected by the Board for one, two-year term of office. The President of the Alumni Association serves as Chair of the Alumni Association Board, as well as an ex officio member of the Board of Trustees of Trinity University. The Vice President of the Association also serves as President-elect of the Association and Vice Chair of the Alumni Association Board. The Senior Director for Alumni Relations (staff) is recognized as the Executive Director of the Association and serves in perpetuity as a non-voting, ex-officio member.
Meetings
The Board meets three times a year in San Antonio, and committees also conduct work between meetings as needed.
