Printing Services

Trinity offers two main printing services to its students and guests: Wēpa printing kiosks and the Digital Print Center.

 
Wēpa Kiosk Locations

You can print documents at the Wēpa printers conveniently installed in the following locations across campus

Printing Prices

You can only pay with Tiger Bucks to purchase printing at the Wepa kiosks. 

  • $0.10 for single-sided black and white $0.15 for double-sided black and white
  • $0.80 for single-sided color

  • $1.00 double-sided color

     

Uploading Files to Print

To access your documents for printing at the Wēpa machine, you can do any of the following:

  • Log onto Dropbox, Google Drive, Office 365, or OneDrive directly from the printer
  • Insert a USB drive into the printer
  • Email the document to print@wepanow.com
  • Upload your document to the Wēpa server at www.wepanow.com/webupload 
  • Choose the Wēpa option under the print menu from a campus computer
  • Use the Wēpa Print App for your smartphone

  • Install the Wēpa software on your personal computer from support.wepanow.com

     

Campus Guest Printing

Campus guests can also utilize our printing services by purchasing a Cub Card. When you visit a Card-Value Station, follow these steps to make the purchase using your Cub Card.

  • Visit a WEPA printing kiosk and login by selecting "Don't have a Tiger Card? Tap here".
  • Choose the "Print from Cloud or USB" option.
  • Choose either USB or log into the the cloud service of your choice
  • Select the print job 
  • Choose Tiger Bucks as the payment option and then swipe your Cub Card
 
 
Printing Jobs

You can also submit any print jobs to the Digital Print Center in Coates Library 100B. Either bring your document saved to a USB drive or email it to dpp@trinity.edu and include the formatting you would like for your papers.

Building Access

Your Tiger Card will grant you access to residence halls, academic buildings, and electronically controlled classrooms and labs. If you live off-campus or in City Vista, note that you will not be able to use your Tiger Card to enter on-campus residence halls. As a student your Tiger Card also provides access to the Bell Center, 24/7 access to the campus backbone (MMH, CSI, CC, HC and DH), late night library operating schedules as well as your respective working and living spaces.

After-Hours Access

If you need after-hours access to any academic buildings, classrooms, or labs, just ask the faculty or staff you are working under to submit an email request to the Tiger Card Office. Be sure to ask them to include your full name and ID number.

Off-Campus Merchant Program

Did you know you could use Tiger Bucks to purchase food off-campus? We have partnered with GrubHub to provide you with access to over 300 restaurants. They will deliver to your location on campus and accept Tiger Bucks as payment.
