Your supervisor will help you choose a start date based on the University's new hire calendar.

2. Relocation Resources

If you need assistance with housing, hotels, schools, moving companies, hospitals, or any other city resources, contact HR at humanresources@trinity.edu. Moving to Trinity from out of town? These resources should help make the move go smoothly.

3. On Your First Day

Form I-9 and W-4
Come with original documents needed for the Form I-9 and W-4.

Parking Permits
Parking permits can be purchased in Student Financial Services, Northrup Hall 108A. Bring your valid drivers license, proof of insurance, and your license plate number. View our campus map for available parking lots. The Parking Services division can be reached at 210-999-7001. 

Tiger Card
Obtain your Tiger Card ID (Storch Memorial Building 005). A Tiger Card is the University identification card that grants access to your building, the Bell Center, and the Library.
