The University honors our outstanding staff colleagues by selecting recipients for the following awards.


Helen Heare McKinley Employee Excellence Award

A quarterly recognition that celebrates employees who demonstrate innovation, dedication, and a strong commitment to Trinity’s mission and its students.

The McKinley Award, made possible by the Merrymac-McKinley Foundation, honors non-faculty staff who exemplify excellence and embody the values of Trinity University. Honorees are awarded $750 in appreciation of their outstanding contributions. The dates for the awards will be September, December, March, and June.
