•    During June and July, Counseling Services is open remotely on weekdays from 9am - 5pm (except when closed for University holidays). One counselor will be available for urgent mental health consultations as needed. Urgent mental health consultations will be conducted using a HIPAA compliant version of Zoom. To schedule, call 210-999-7411 or email @email.
  •    Additionally, 24/7 support from a licensed mental health professional is available to students (regardless of location) by calling 1-866-349-5575 or texting 'Hello' to 61295.
  •    If students would like to work with a therapist regularly during the summer, they can do so (for free!) through TigerCare Live. Step-by-step instructions to get started are here
