Due to COVID-19, all Initial Consultations will be conducted remotely using a HIPAA-Compliant version of Zoom. During your Initial Consultation, you and your counselor will have a discussion about whether follow-up appointments will be conducted remotely or in-person (masked).
If needed, a private location on campus is available for the Initial Consultation via Zoom.
All visitors to Counseling Services must show their green Conversa Health Screening badge and wear a properly fitting mask at all times.
Visitors without the Conversa ‘Protect TU’ app for their smartphone will respond to health questions on paper at the front desk.

The Fastest Method
In your message please provide:
- Your Trinity ID number
- Your date of birth
- Your classification (e.g., Senior)
- Your phone number
- Provide times during each weekday between 1 and 5 p.m. when you are available for a 30-minute initial meeting with a counselor. (Graduate students may contact us for additional options.)
- Indicate whether you have a private location for the Initial Consultation or that you need one.
- It could take 1 to 2 weeks before your availability matches with a counselor's availability. If you are at risk for ending your life while waiting for the appointment, please state "I am at risk." If not, please state, "I am not at risk."
